Babbico Delivery Information
If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact us by using the contact link on your order confirmation email. If you require further assistance please get in touch – we’ll be happy to help in anyway that we can!

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched, so please do keep your eye on the link so that you know when to expect delivery.

Delivery and promotions
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.

UK standard delivery 
Most standard orders to the UK are delivered via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight and the service used. If a product is shipped free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product page or at the checkout.

UK tracked express delivery
If you need something quickly, we offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered within 1-2 days after it has been dispatched.

International delivery
International delivery is available on many products, and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size, weight of the product and service used.

Europe & rest of the world
Please allow 14 working days from dispatch for delivery.

All UK and international orders placed via the Babbico website are sent using a tracked delivery service to ensure you can keep up to date with the location of your parcel every step of the way!
